The Re-Opening of the Quaker Meeting House
The Quaker Meeting House, which dates back to 1688, suffered a terrible fire in the early 2000's, and was re-opened in 2008 after considerable restoration work was carried out. This video documents the re-opening of this historic building at the heart of Jordans.

Thanks to Jordans from Phillip Schofield & WeBuyAnyCar.com
#WeBuyAnyCar have sent us this lovely signed print as a memento of the day when Phillip Schofield came to our Village and "jumped" a motorbike over 5 cars on the Village Green! It was great to host you and the film crew from Scout Productions were superb too :-)

Hubert & Sylvia Douglass
Hubert Douglass was Jordans Village's longest serving Estate Manager, having taken over from his brother Arthur in 1964, and ran the village until he retired in 1990. A keen and talented cricketer, Hubert had a wicked sense of humour. He and his lovely wife Sylvia both passed away in 2016 and are sorely missed, but it is lovely to be able to see and hear them in these videos.
